Javier Pinzon
Javier Pinzón is a technology entrepreneur, focused on applying technology to serve people through empathy. He trained at IBM before starting several successful ventures more than 32 years ago, 28 of which were in the United States. He is grateful to the Colombian-American community and proud to be part of it and to have worked for its development for the last 10 years, seeking to position the name of Colombia and its Colombian-American community in Florida at the high level it deserves.
Gerald Duty
Gerald Duty has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Colombian-American Chamber of Commerce Miami during this year 2024. During that time, he has supported the Chamber's activities, events and initiatives, the administrative area, strategy development and legal matters. This has included a special focus on binational issues, such as the promotion of international trade opportunities between Colombia and the United States.

Floralba Nunez
Floralba Nuñez, a distinguished Colombian professional, an economist by profession and with a career spanning more than 20 years in the real estate sector in the United States. With an innate passion for the world of real estate, she has become a renowned International Realtor and author of the successful book "Miami within everyone's reach." With extensive experience in the American real estate market, Floralba has achieved outstanding achievements throughout her career. She was named president of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) liaison for Colombia and received the prestigious "International Outreach Award 2017."

Andres Williamson
Andrés Williamson Nasi is a senior attorney with extensive experience in technology-related matters, including data protection, information security and artificial intelligence, corporate governance and compliance, government affairs, and public policy. He currently serves as Managing Director of AWN Advisors LLC, a consulting firm that offers specialized services to clients on technology, privacy, and artificial intelligence issues. Previously, Andrés served as Director of Legal Affairs for Microsoft Latin America until September 2023, supporting Microsoft's sales and marketing team in the region, also serving in different roles in the Microsoft legal department in Fort Lauderdale and Bogotá, Colombia.
Ana Benitez
Ana Benitez is a legal and financial advisor for different real estate and telecommunications investment firms in Colombia, Florida and Brazil. She has more than 30 years of leadership and experience in Senior Management and Corporate Advisory in real estate, technology and infrastructure companies. Her skills include real estate development, strategic planning, corporate finance and private equity investments, as well as the reorganization and restructuring of different companies, focused on financial control and treasury supervision.
Jose Ibarra
José Ibarra is an Electronic Engineer, specialized in voice processing, with specializations and a master's degree from FIU in international business, founder of companies such as Apice, Affinity Group, Commlogik Corporation and Platika CC. He has been a speaker in Latin America for companies such as CISCO and Intel. In his later years he has dedicated himself to family businesses related to the construction and glass industry. He is co-owner of ERA Windows and Doors in Weston, Florida and has been an advisor to multiple companies in the process of entering the United States.

Carlos Tello
Carlos Tello is a professional with more than 18 years of experience in the technology sector, of which the last decade has been dedicated to Google. For the last eight years, he has led business development with agencies and partners for Latin America from Miami. He has extensive experience in business development both in the United States and in several countries in the region, including Colombia. In addition, he has been part of the CACC Board of Directors for a year and had the honor of leading Forward, the most important annual event of the Chamber in 2024, focused on Artificial Intelligence.

Felipe Baiz
Felipe Baiz is a business development and finance expert with a career that includes a position as Vice President at a private equity firm. Currently, he is developing his own entrepreneurial venture. His experience in business management, combined with over seven years of working in diverse industries, make him an invaluable asset to any company seeking success and growth. Felipe brings a strong academic foundation, with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a MicroMasters in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Maryland. Additionally, he is a Certified Banking and Credit Analyst (CBCA)™️ and has passed the CFA Level I and Level II exams, demonstrating his deep knowledge and commitment to excellence in finance.

Cindy Parra
Cindy Parra is a Colombian businesswoman who has been living in Miami for 10 years. She has more than 15 years of experience in Marketing, Intelligence and Business Development and creation of strategies for diverse industries such as real estate, automotive and luxury yachts, legal, among others. She is the founder of Miami Luxury Yachts and Dream House Agency, where she combines her ability to connect people and companies with her passion for creating unique experiences. She always stands out for her creativity, strategic approach and ability to build strong communities. In addition, she is part of V2 Global, a company specialized in risk mitigation and strategic solutions at a global level, where she contributes with her experience in business development and international relations. Cindy is also dedicated to initiatives that promote the well-being, sustainability and beauty of Miami, seeking to highlight the positive impact that collaboration and leadership can generate in their environment.

Andres Gonzalez
Andres Gonzalez is an industrial engineer with an MBA from Boston University and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia. Andres was recognized by the regional president of Mastercard for teamwork carried out with NuevaLife in La Guajira, Colombia in early 2023, for fundraising activities, hiring, and building a water well for the Wayuu community in Muurai. Improvement of the sports fields at the local school and construction of housing in the Jayapamana area. Andres also supports other causes such as the Elderly Wellness Center in Buga, Colombia. Whom he registered in Benevity to achieve the multiplying effect of donations from those of us who support this beautiful cause.

Maria Consuelo Tarazona
Maria Consuelo Tarazona is an international financial advisor. She began her career in Colombia with Banco de Bogotá, and then moved to Miami where she continued her ties with different financial institutions. For more than 35 years she has been helping families in Latin America achieve their financial goals through careful processes of estate planning and portfolio management.

Maritza Cardenas
Maritza Cardenas is the general manager of B&Optimos, a company dedicated to research and business intelligence. Maritza is a publicist from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University, with a specialization in marketing from the Politécnico Gran Colombiano University, with more than 25 years of experience in market research. In addition, she has been a university professor since 2004 in the area of advertising research, applied research, public opinion research in the specialization in political marketing and non-traditional media research.
